i didn't like that parking cost extra. i thought it should be included.

The location provided easy access to the north end and the seaport, convenient. The room included a refrigerator and microwave. I appreciated the gate with an attendantwith a sense of security. The available coffee in both the room and downstairs lounge was a nice touch. Fresh fruit was offered during breakfast.
The parking situation was a little unclear upon arrival. Clear directions are beneficial.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were available to respond to any request. Housekeeping service was included. The front desk personnel were kind. A sweet younger girl was at the front desk, who was always helpful

i found a complimentary bottle of wine and pistachio biscotti in my room, a good surprise. breakfast was delivered to my room exactly on time both days. it was served hot and i find it delicious. the staff were all knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.
the room overlooked the parking lot, i heard some noise early in the morning.

the location is on the water, so it provide beautiful views of the harbor. it has a fantastic private setting despite proximity to many attractions. everything felt easily accessible from this superb spot.

the service was really good, and i felt warmly welcomed by the staff. they were particularly attentive to all guest needs . i find the staff efficient and personable.

my room features a balcony, so i enjoyed expansive water views. the penthouse offered multiple decks, and each provides a different view. i find the common spaces well maintained.
